Patricia Lindell Research Prize Award Winner! Posted on November 23rd, 2020 by

We are very excited to announce that alumna Anna Duong-Topp has been selected as the 2020-21 Patricia Lindell Research Paper Award Winner! Anna has received $400 for her winning paper, Ontological Homelessness as a Phenomenology of Belonging: Comparing the Nihilisms of Martin Heidegger and Keiji Nishitani.  Anna’s paper was selected from a very impressive compilation of submissions with Morgan Muldoon’s, The Backbone of the Vietnamese Nationalist Victory:  The Motivations and Effectiveness of Vietnamese Women in the American War in Vietnam receiving First Honorable Mention and Marissa Marsolek’sThe Psychological Effects of Disclosure After a Sexual Assault receiving Second Honorable Mention. The library is now accepting submissions for the next research paper award to be announced in the fall of 2022.
