We have recently updated the permanent “We Need Diverse Books” display at the Gustavus Library in the GLA Reading Room which is funded through a dedicated fund for diversity materials. We think about diversity when we create displays and order materials. We also have an ongoing diversity interest group, consisting of library employees.
