Stressed out about mid-terms?  Come to the library’s new Relaxation Room in room 204 on the main floor! Let the massage chair work the tension from your muscles or enjoy some quiet meditation perched on a Zafu cushion in front the tabletop fountain.  Please limit your use of this room to a half an hour at a time so others can relax too. You can reserve a time on the signup sheet posted on the door or just drop by if the room is not in use.

The Relaxation Room is only the beginning! May 21-23, the Library in collaboration with Health Services and the student organizations PSI CHI, GSA, SAVE and the PAs are bringing you Stress Free Finals. Events will include therapy dogs, massage therapists, miniature golf, and continuous stress buster fun in one of our AV rooms. Watch for more information in May. These activities and the Relaxation Room are made possible by the Gustavus/Coca-Cola Educational Partnership Grant.
