In case you feel spring isn’t coming fast enough, we want you to know that there are 5 therapeutic light boxes around the library. On each floor, you will find a light box in the first study carrel past the restrooms with two additional light boxes on the opposite side of the floor (Beck Hall side) on second and third floor.
Therapeutic light boxes are used to treat Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). SAD is a form of depression that affects many people who live in the North during the fall and winter months.
