On Saturday, March 14, the following services will be unavailable while system upgrades are taking place:
the yellow “Find It!” button and the “Do We Have This Journal?” link. The software company is scheduled to begin the system maintenance at 8:00 am (CST) and anticipates resuming full service by 8:00 pm (CST). If you typically use the “Find It!” button to place ILL requests, follow these steps to place ILL requests during the system upgrade.
- From the library’s homepage, click “My Library Account”
- User ID/Barcode: enter the 14-digit number (begins with 20110…) from your Gustavus ID
- Password: enter your last name
- After you are logged in, use the links on the right side of the screen (“Create an ILL Request”)
