New Look for the Library’s Front Page

No, it’s not you: the library’s website has changed. Many months ago, after a careful study involving focus groups with students, a user survey, and studying best practices, we simplified our site dramatically. It turned out we’d made some things a bit too simple, so we’ve made adjustments.

We now have a tab for finding music and videos (which was cleverly concealed under the Books tab in the past) and we have two tabs for databases, so that databases that lead to articles are easy to find, but you no longer need to wonder why we hid the link to the Oxford English Dictionary or Early English Books Online under under Articles.

If you are looking for a particular journal by title, use the “Do We Have This Journal?” link on the left-hand side. That’s also where print course reserves can be searched.
